What level should I choose: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced?
Choose Beginner if you’re new to wiring, taping, and stem care. Intermediate assumes comfort with bouquet spirals and boutonnieres. Advanced explores installations, pricing strategy, and complex mechanics.
Do courses include materials?
We provide supplier lists and exact recipes. Most courses do not ship stems; you will source locally using our sustainable guide. Workshop kits include mechanics (tape, wire, chicken wire) when specified.
Can I request a refund?
We offer a 7-day refund window if you haven’t streamed more than 20% of the lessons. Write to [email protected] with your order number.
Are there live sessions?
Yes—select workshops include live Q&A and critiques. Dates are listed in the Catalog under each item. Replays are added within 72 hours.
